Refund Policy
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for our digital downloads. Before orders are made, please check our FAQ section and ask any additional questions prior to ordering our digital goods. If there are any issues with the downloads and files we provide, contact us so that we can make it right with any necessary changes.
PHYSICAL ITEMS
We have a 14-day return policy for pre-made physical goods (non-custom), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us inquiring about a refund. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
